Skill Sets by Age Group

Ages 5–7 (Grades K-2) | Planting the Seed

Vocational: Small tasks, following directions, teamwork
Social: Expression, manners, sharing & taking turns

Hands-on, playful activities introduce basic responsibilities and cooperation. Children practice simple tasks like role-playing small jobs, sorting, organizing, and expressing feelings, while learning sharing, turn-taking, and polite communication.

Ages 8–10 (Grades 3-5) | Sprouting and Rooting

Vocational: Simple schedules, problem-solving, organizing materials
Social: Clear communication, collaboration, empathy

Structured, interactive activities build problem-solving, teamwork, and time management. Kids participate in collaborative projects, practice empathy, complete mini “jobs,” and engage in creative challenges that strengthen communication and planning skills.

Ages 11–13 (Grades 6-8) | Watering to Grow Taller and Stronger

Real-world, advanced activities prepare teens for career and life readiness. They explore careers, practice interviews and professional etiquette, manage projects, and develop leadership, networking, and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
